We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. It was evident that they were well-trained and went above and beyond to assist us. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to all the major attractions and had easy access to public transportation. We also appreciated the welcome drink we received upon check-in, which made us feel valued as guests. the service and amenities provided here were top-notch.
This place is highly recommended to family and friends.

The only advantage is location near airport(15min). You can choose it for one night.
No condition in lift and corridor. Looks like cheap hotel, but price is like for good hotel. Stuff is ready to cheat you. They tried to sell me a cabel for the internet, while they have free WiFi

The hotel had a comfortable room with a big bed, although the decor was dated. It was conveniently located near the airport and train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice. There was a big swimming pool and clean rooms.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is conveniently located in a district with easy access to the airport and railway station. Tourist attractions aren't far either. Customers report the rooms are comfortable and breakfast is acceptable. Some rooms have good city views.
Some have complained of unhelpful staff.

Value for money
The hotel's website states that halal food is available. When I requested for halal food, they said it's not available. When I complaint to the Duty Manager, he said the website has not been updated for quite some time. Hence the cause of inconvenience. I really felt cheated by this so called 4 star hotel. Please highlight this to the hotel's management.

During my stay, I was impressed by the hotel facilities, and staff services. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The hotel offered a complimentary welcome drink during check-in, and the staff were friendly and supportive. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of options available, and the location gave excellent transportation access to tourist attractions in the Phu Nhuan district.
Nothing to mention.

The Ramana Saigon Hotel was definately not what I expected for the price I paid on Booked.net, I wasn't expecting much, but this hotel even has it's own Casino on the 2nd level. The staff were extremely polite, courteous and helpful. Breakfast cost 10USD per person, but the buffet selection available was amazing and definately worth the price. The hotel is located in District 3, but is only a short taxi trip from the main tourist attractions in District 1 and is within walking distance of the train station.

The hotel has great facilities and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and the rooftop pool is a nice touch. The location is convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The staff could have been friendlier and more attentive. Some of the room amenities could use an update, such as the air conditioning and lighting controls.

Our room was large and spacious, towels were changed twice a day. Pool was warm and clean with plenty of space. Massage etc are available in the hotel for a reasonable price. Food was great wide selection of Vietnamism and western foods for breakfast as a buffet. We ate in the hotel twice, once on buffet night which was excellent and another night from the menu which was equally as good. Both for around 500,000 dong. Although the hotel is in discrict 3 its easy to get to town centre for about 60,000 ding so don't be put off by the location. Additionally during the day the hotel offers a shuttle service. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
No Compliants at all with hotel, but there is not a lot within walking distance, we only found one bar during our whole stay.
